Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and SOFTDREAMS SRL, a company registered in Romania (trade register J40/15096/2004, VAT RO16780255) with its registered office at 27 Muzelor Street, District 4, 040191 Bucharest, Romania ("Dream Flow", "we", "us") for the use of the Dream Flow website and service. By creating an account or an organization you accept them on your own behalf and, if you act for a company, on its behalf.
1. The service
Dream Flow provides each organization with a private software instance, a cloud development machine, and AI agents that plan, write, test and document software on the organization's code, following the tasks its members define. Features may change as the service develops; we will not remove core functionality of a paid plan without notice.
2. Accounts and organizations
- You must give accurate information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- The person who creates an organization is its owner and can invite members, assign roles and manage billing. Owners are responsible for their members' use of the service.
- You must be at least 16 years old and allowed to enter into contracts.
3. Plans, trial and payment
- The Team plan costs $100 per month and includes 3 users; each additional user is $25 per month, added when they are invited and removed when they leave. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any applicable taxes.
- A new organization starts with a 7-day free trial. A valid card is required; nothing is charged during the trial. When the trial ends, the plan is charged monthly in advance to that card unless you cancel first.
- You can cancel at any time from the billing page. The subscription ends at the close of the paid period; we do not refund partial months.
- If a payment fails or the trial ends without a valid card, the organization is closed: its instance is stopped and its data archived. You can reactivate it with a working card at any time during the following 60 days; after that the organization and all its data are permanently deleted (see the Privacy Policy).
- New organizations may be reviewed by us before they are set up; you are told on the page and by e-mail while this happens.
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the code, documents and other content you bring to Dream Flow, and to the work the AI agents produce for you. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display that content in order to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.
5. AI agents
The AI agents act on your instructions and produce code, tests and documents automatically. Their output can contain mistakes and must be reviewed by you before use. You remain responsible for what you deploy, for the licences of the code and dependencies involved, and for the AI accounts or API keys your organization connects, including their costs and terms.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Dream Flow to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, attack or probe systems you are not authorized to test, send spam, mine cryptocurrency, or overload the service. We may suspend an organization that does so, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
7. Availability and support
We work to keep Dream Flow available and to fix problems quickly, but the service is provided "as is", without a guaranteed uptime, and may be interrupted for maintenance or by events outside our control. Support is available by e-mail at contact@softdreams.eu.
8. Third-party services
Dream Flow relies on third parties such as Hetzner (servers), Stripe (payments), Google and Microsoft (sign-in), GitHub and GitLab (repositories) and the AI providers you connect. Their terms apply to their services; we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
9. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, data or business, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
You can delete your organization or account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, for non-payment, or if we discontinue the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, e-mail organization owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and disputes are brought before the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
